Krav Maga is a tried and tested self defence system that has been proven in life threatening situations. Our students are taught how to spot danger signs and avoid confrontation and how to defend themselves when no danger signs are given.

By learning basic principles based on the natural reactions and movements of the human body the student is able to understand and perform basic but effective self defence skills in a relatively short period of instruction.
