Personal training

• One to one: Is conducted at one of our designated fitness centres.

• Krav Maga: You can have this unique system of self defence tailored to meet your needs and abilities.

• Cost: Personal training costs £30.00 per hour payable five or ten sessions in advance. We must be notified of any cancellation twelve hours prior to the arranged meeting time as failure to do so will result in a charge in full for that session.

Group training
Train with your friends or work colleagues, Krav Maga intensive training for groups of more than 4 at one of our designated fitness centers. 6 week courses or longer £10.00 each per session, all sessions must be paid for at the start of the course please be sure you can make the arranged dates and times as no refunds are given.
